Are you having software or computer problems? They can be difficult for us to fix without being right in front of your computer.

Fortunately we can now use a screen-sharing program called AeroAdmin to view and control your computer over the internet as if we were right there with you.

It’s easy, secure and safe:

  • we can only connect when you allow us
  • we can only see what’s currently on your screen
  • you can stop the session at any time.

Step 1 - Call us

First of all, call us on 1800 000 360. We’ll get one of our software experts to discuss the problem with you. If they want to connect to your computer, continue with steps 2 and 3, below.

Step 2 - Download and install AeroAdmin software

The service we use to connect to your computer is called AeroAdmin. Click the button below to download the program, then open the file to install the software.

Step 3 - Tell us your code

Once installed, open the program and read out the 9-digit code to us, as shown below. We'll use this code to connect to your computer so you can share your screen with us. 

Step 4 - Allow Access

When you see the next screen appear, tick the "Allow to access my computer" box, and then click Accept. We'll let you know when we are connected.
