I am an Echidna Embroidery Community Member. My email address is current, however I am not receiving "Fortnightly Email Specials", why?
There could be a number of reasons why this is happening. However, provided that we have your correct email address, the most common cause is because emails from us are being identified by your email client as "SPAM" and are therefore being automatically removed.
To avoid this happening in the future, please be sure to add our email address: sales@echidnaclub.com.au to the address book within your email program.
What is the Echidna Embroidery Community and how do I become a member?
The Echidna Embroidery Community is a Social Embroidery Site where you can:
- Upload photographs of designs and projects that you have created
- Share your ideas and inspiration with other like minded people from all over the world
- View other members projects and designs
- Safely message other members

It's easy to become a member, all you have to do is to Create an Echidna Community Account. Once you have done this, just login to the Echidna Embroidery Community using the same email address and password that you entered when you created your new account.
I am an Echidna Embroidery Community member and have received an email notifying me that there are FREE designs available for download. Where do I find them and how do I go about downloading them?
Simply login to the Embroidery Community using your email address and password and then click on the "Enter Community" button (located at the top left of the page).
When the community page opens a "Community Notices" window, highlighted in yellow, will be appearing at the top of the page.
Click on the word (more) and when the window expands, scroll down the page and if there are any free designs currently available, you will see a link containing wording similar to this, "Download the FREE design here".
Click on the link and the "Your Downloads" page will open. Click on "Download Now" and when the "Save" window opens, browse to the desired location on your computer (the area where you wish to save your FREE designs) and click on "Save".
PLEASE NOTE: For your convenience, should you need to download these files again, they will remain in your download area within our website, for 7 days from the date that you first accessed them.
