I am How do I search for a product?
Simply type your criteria into the "Search" field, which is located towards the centre top of each webpage and click on the word "Search", e.g. If you are looking for information relating to Rose designs simply type the word "Roses" into the Search field and click on Search.
The search engine will then look for everything in the website that contains the word "Rose" and present you with a page of underlined links.
When the page appears, simply click on the link that pertains to what you are looking for, in order to be taken to the relevant information.
Where do I find a list of products that can be ordered online?
The "Shop" tab is located along the top of each webpage. Hover your mouse over this tab and a drop down menu will appear. Simply roll your mouse down the menu and when you see the product category you are looking for, move the mouse to it and left click.
The page for the selected product category will then open; scroll down the page and when you see what you are looking for, click on the product picture to be taken to the product order page.
If you wish to order simply click on "Add To Cart" (some items are available as a download or can be ordered on CD, please be sure that you choose the correct format i.e. CD or Download), and continue shopping.

Where do I find more information about a particular product?
If you have some idea of the product name, the best starting point would be with a search (please refer to the first question on this page).
Alternatively, you will find a list of tabs running down the left hand side of each web page, just click on a tab of interest and one of two things will happen:
- In the window to the right a list of underlined links will appear, just click on the link of interest in order to find out more about a particular product.
- A list of sub menus will appear directly under the tab that you have selected, simply click on the item of interest to be taken to the relevant page.
Can I download a price list?
Yes, you will find a link to our current price list on the Product Info page.
